Congratulations to Joseph Uno, CCP, LEED AP BD+C and Takaaki Ito on completing the MCACES, 2nd Generation (MII) Basic Training Course!  J. Uno & Associates, Inc. (JUA) now retains seven (7) estimators who have collectively completed 224 hours of Mii training for the respective cost estimating software.

MII is the second generation of the Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES).  It is a detailed cost estimating software application that was developed in conjunction with Project Time & Cost LLC. (PT&C).  MII provides an integrated cost estimating system (software and databases) that meets the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) requirements for preparing cost estimates.
