AACE International officially certified Joseph Uno as a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) after review of his technical paper on Testing the Reliability and Validity of Area Cost Factors in Hawaii. Mr. Uno, a locally established and seasoned cost professional, is now one of only three (3) CCPs in Hawaii.
