Honolulu, HI – J. Uno & Associates, Inc. welcomes Vinson Hiraoka as Project Estimator. In this capacity, he will provide quality construction cost estimates to clients. Mr. Hiraoka is a licensed architect with sixteen years of experience in the construction industry. As an architect, he worked on federal, state, military, educational, and public housing projects. Born and raised on Oahu, Mr. Hiraoka earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at University of Hawaii at Manoa after attending Santa Clara University and Iolani School. He is a current member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
J. Uno & Associates, Inc. is a Hawaii-based construction cost consulting firm founded in 1989. The firm specializes in providing construction cost estimating services to architects and engineers during the design process. Additional services include providing review of construction change orders, value engineering, and expert witness services.
